The content herebelow aims to define the general conditions of the use of the services provided by Comedia Publishing.
The herebelow general sales conditions are to be considered as the contract that links the customer to Comedia Publishing for any order placed through one of the website registered as a trademark of Comedia Publishing.
Any individual placing an order on the website acknowledges the hereby general sales conditions.The payment validates the acknowledgment and acceptation of the hereby sales conditions.Thus without any reserve.
From the precise date and time of his order, the customer has seven days at his disposal to use his right of withrawal toward Comedia Publishing.

In case of non conformity of the scenario to the prescription given by the law, Comedia Publishinh reserves itself the right not to produce and print the novels being subject of such offences.
It is impossible to modify the content of a questionnaire after its validation.
However the changes of delivery address will be accepted at anytime might it not change the final price of the order, and thus until the book printing. To change the delivery address, please mentione clearly the reference number of the book and make the resquest via mail or email.
The items are shipped via La Poste according to the chosen option (priority mail, colissimo, chronopost) and to the address given by the co-author while ordering.A shipment notification will be sent to the customer via email (if we have been given his email address). Any request of sending back after a return including the mention 'uncorrect address', 'uncollected parcel', ' does not leave at this address' will be invoiced 5€ for France and 10€ for abroad..

Any book which has been received by a customer and which is not compliant with the questionnaire or containes printing defaults must be returned to our head office.. Comedia Publishing commits to change any books including such defaults .
The customer has three months deadline at his disposal to notify mistakes in the text writting or in the fabrication of the books.
Protection of the personal information
The information transmitted by the User in the questionnaire are only used for the creation of the personalised novel of the user.
Comedia Publishing commits not to use these datas for anything whatsoever different from the creation of the personalised novel ordered by the user and will destruct the questionnaire as well as the leaflet used to realize the novel on simple written demand. Comedia Publishing does respect the rules of confidentiality and intimacy. Moreover we have a signed engagement toward the CNIL (National Commission for Data Protection), which prevents us from using any kind of transmitted piece of information. ( CNIL registration number 64 61 24) One single person bounded by professional secrecy will take care of the processing of your novel and of your piece of information.
The piece of information given by the user will not be transmitted or even used by any other third person expect by the suppliers required for the book processing.
The details mentionned on the order form can be re-used by Comedia Publishing (promotional actions) but will never be transmitted to a third person.
