Being a happy couple is a lifelong efforts process. Nothing is easy except maybe the first three years...
As a lot of scientist say, the first three years are full of passion and this is hormonal. This is supposed to push us to live together away from the world and reality, in order (I assume) to procreate and grow up the baby until it is autonomous enough.

Well. But are no longer living like this...

Now, because of our growing egos, we must consider a couple is made of three persons.

2 partners + 1 couple.

To make sure your couple is successful, you must take care of yourself in order to keep being the one your partner loves and to keep being strong enough to take care of your partner.

Then, you and your partner have to take care of your duo. Of your couple, consider it as a person and the job is half done!
